He answered my questions during the inspection and also provided an in depth online report. I am now using his report to prioritize items needing to be completed. Scott continues to answer my questions and provides qualified contractors to resolve issues I cannot fix on my own. It was also so easy to pay online, making it so much more convenient. He was also extremely thorough and professional. Scott was on time, extremely thorough, and provided a wealth of information we'd never have found on our own. I mean, this guy covers EVERYTHING - he has a drone, a robot for crawl spaces, a FLIR thermal camera, plus he obviously just knows his stuff. Scott took his time, did his thing and kept coming in to report his major findings throughout his four-hour inspection. He patiently answered our many questions, showed and explained areas of concern, and was just generally pleasant and approachable. He sent his report early the next day, which included photos and video, as well as written information. Would give 10 stars if that was an option. Hi Viz Home Inspection is the best! read less

I had to get a second inspection, the first inspector was someone different and he did not see half of the issues which were discovered by Scott. I am extremely satisfied with his performance because later on I would have been faced with costly repairs. I highly recommend his services and he does not cover up!! read less
