Scott Felix is an absolutely amazing inspector. He has gone above and beyond for my boyfriend and I while we have gone through one of the most stressful first time home buying experiences. He made the inspection process easy to understand and was there for us through all of it to answer questions, give his professional opinion, and even dealt with scheduling issues that came up for one of the properties we initially looked at. His reports are very thorough and include annotated pictures and video clips as well! Highly recommend working with him! Very down to Earth, patient, and kind.

Mr. Felix accomodated me with my schedule and did the inspection within 3 days of my contact of him. His thorough inspection of the home I was trying to buy for cash saved me thousands of dollars had I purchased it. He was thorough, courteous, conscientious, and issued a same day printable report.
