Scott Felix, an inspector who really knows what he is doing. Professional and honest work. I highly recommend Hiviz Home Inspection, quick respectful customer service and communication. We are pretty sure he saved us money by identifying things that need to be corrected before our closing.

He made so many recommendations and provided in detail the whys behind each recommendation. The report that is sent after the inspection has been completed is also such a great resource! There's something to be said for small business owners/entrepreneurs compared to these franchises. It was a very comprehensive report including photos, recommendations, and other pertinent information. Scott will be our inspector for any and all future home inspections! read less
