I really appreciate that because this is our first purchase and we are not familiar with the ins and outs of maintenance on a home. He made so many recommendations and provided in detail the whys behind each recommendation. The report that is sent after the inspection has been completed is also such a great resource! Scott made the process less stressful and our interactions felt like talking with an old friend. Scott's prices were reasonable and the report was delivered earlier than promised. There's something to be said for small business owners/entrepreneurs compared to these franchises. It was a very comprehensive report including photos, recommendations, and other pertinent information. Scott will be our inspector for any and all future home inspections! read less
