Mr. Felix accomodated me with my schedule and did the inspection within 3 days of my contact of him. His thorough inspection of the home I was trying to buy for cash saved me thousands of dollars had I purchased it. He was thorough, courteous, conscientious, and issued a same day printable report. He was able to accommodate the inspection within 48 hours since the market for this area is very competitive. Great detailed report, explained unique items within the home that was very helpful. I ordered a service that I didn't need, so he refunded that fee back to me. Great service! I referred HI VIZ to my realtor.

Scott did a phenomenal job on the inspection of our new home! He showed up to our appointment well before we did, he was thorough with not only his work but breaking down every action item that needed to be addressed. I really appreciate that because this is our first purchase and we are not familiar with the ins and outs of maintenance on a home. He made so many recommendations and provided in detail the whys behind each recommendation. The report that is sent after the inspection has been completed is also such a great resource! I am so thankful that our realtor recommended Scott to do our inspection.
